I just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year! Thanks to all of you for sticking with me through 2009! It's been a crazy year and so many things have happened! I thought I'd take you on a stroll down memory lane. I wish I could have included them all but I would have had to have had a longer song LOL! There were a lot of pics on another computer that I couldn't get to as well!

*Update*
Woke up this morning to a call from my mom! Someone tried to break in while she was home for the 2nd time in 2 weeks! Luckily she scared them off! So crazy! It scares me that she lives far for me! I am just going to have trust in God to keep her safe and not stress out! We will probably need to buy her a new door since her deductable is $500 and there is no way she can afford it on disability! It just seems when it rains it pours!!!!

So sorry to hear about your mom! Where does she live? If she is close to us, I’d be happy to help you.

The kids locked Matt and I in the garage the other day while we were working to fix the broken garage door opener(2 yr old who learned to lock doors!), so Matt had to kick in the door to the kitchen from the garage. He did so thinking the frame on the one side would break and it would be an easy fix. NOPE! Broke the steel door – cracked i completely in the middle by the lock, and busted the lock out. A new door cost us 90$ (it was a return of a 146$ door) and a new lock set by quikset with a deadbolt was on “new lower price” for 19.96. Maybe she can get a good deal there, they had lots of great lock sets.

I hope the piece of scum trying to break into your mom’s house is caught. That’s scary!
