Egg Salad Sandwiches

This is delicious and very easy to make.

First put your eggs into a pan filled with water. Where water covers the eggs.

I bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling I start a timer and leave it boiling for 15 minutes.

U then turn the heat off and let it sit for a few minutes longer.

Then I cool the eggs off by running them under cold water.

Once they are cool enough to handle I peel each one.

Place them into a bowl and I like to use a potato masher to mash them up.

Once they are all mashed I add some salt and pepper.

Then add mayo. The amount just depends on how much your family likes.

Then just put some on your bread and there you have it.

I love egg salad…….I put a little sweet relish and a dash of mustard along with the Miracle Whip!
