I hit the closest Dollar General today to see what was left of the .25 Christmas clearance and I found quite a bit left….no Russell Stovers candy though

There was lots of candy, ornaments, gift boxes and bags as well as some decorating item left. I score some candy, gift bags and cake decorating items and paid less than $3 bucks!
I was able to pick up some candy for my children’s choir for just .25 ea. as well as some decorating sprinkles (originally priced $2.67), gift bags for my Sunday School class and some gift basket bags!
I bought:
2 bags of Wonka Gummies
2 boxes of Wonka/Spree Candy Canes (my kids love these!)
3 Candy Canes full of Sixlets Candy
1 box of Multi containers of sprinkles
2 packages of gift bags 6-ct.
1 package of basket bags 2-ct.
I paid $2.98 tax and all – which would have really been close to the price of the decorating sprinkles alone!
Did anyone else score at Dollar General?
