Lately there were a few questions regarding Williams and their coupon policy. I called the Corporate Office and asked for a copy of the Coupon Policy. I was advised that as of this time there is no written Coupon Policy since their policy is very simple:

  1. They will double coupons up to and including $0.50 for ONE like item.
  2. They take internet printed coupons up to and including $1.00.
  3. They MAY take internet printed coupons over $1.00, but they will need to be approved by a manager.

I was also advised if there is an unusually high value internet printed coupon (for example the $4.00 off Imperial Sugar coupon that was given away on Facebook a few weeks ago) then bring proof to substantiate that it is a real coupon.  The more evidence you have that proves the coupon is real and not a fake the easier it will be to use the coupon and the quicker you get out of the store.

The Coupon Policy is now the same at all of their stores.

They were not aware that people were wanting a written Coupon Policy until now, so they are working on getting one added to their website.
