Dear Melissa,
I’ve been using your website for several years to do my store match-ups. Mostly I look for the weekly deals at Homeland, CVS, and Walgreens. I often find deals posted on your website that others have overlooked, so I want to commend you all for your good job and to thank you for your help in saving me money.

Over the years I have also noticed that your website is much slower and difficult to navigate than others, so much so, that I often look at the other sites first and come to yours only if I have time and patience. I’m sure that you don’t want it to be that way and so I have a couple of suggestions that might help if you are able to update your website or if you can give me instruction how better to navigate through the areas of frustration, that would be wonderful. Since I know nothing about building a website I can’t offer my suggestions in “knowledgeable lingo”, but hope I that you will understand my meaning anyway.

1) It would be nice not to have to scroll up and down the pages so much in order to get to the “button” that I want to click on. For example, if the “Find my Store”, “Search” and “Home” buttons could be permanently at the very top and not move with the scroll button that would allow me to click on them wherever I am in the website without having to scroll at all. The way it is right now I have to scroll all the way to the top before I can get to the “find my store” button.

2) Sometimes when I click on “Find My Store” the drop down box is stuck behind the advertisement box which prevents me from clicking any of the stores it is obscuring. I have resorted to typing the store name in the search box but maybe there is another way to quickly get from one store’s matchups to another’s without having to go to find my store?

3) It would also be nicer if each store’s weekly match-up buttons could be more prominent and at the top of the list under each store’s name, rather than being lower on the list.

4) Every time I “click” on any link there is a looooong pause, as I drum my fingers on the desk, while it is waiting for chatroll, waiting for facebook, waiting for this and waiting for that. Is there any way to eliminate the “waits?”

Thank you for kindly considering any improvements to these areas of my frustrations. I offer them with a heart of thankfulness for the service you are providing me and hope that they will be accepted as such.

Sincerely,
Cora Duerksen
