Many of you have mentioned that you are having problems with your store accepting  SmartSource  coupons. Princess Karen found this letter on the SmartSource site that you can print out and hand to your store manager. It's a letter that talks about their safe and secure coupon technology. It is also on company letterhead and has contact info if the store has any questions.

This may not be the answer to getting your store to accept their coupons but it's a great start and I commend SmartSource for taking the time to put this out there for the consumer.

(Thanks Princess Karen)
