I was wondering if there is a site that will send me coupons via postal mail? The ones I have gone to, I have to do a survey or something like that. I don’t have a printer at this time (hope to get one soon) I am a stay at home mom of 3 small children and we could really use the help of coupons. Any suggestions? I emailed several companies and asked them to send me coupons. Most couldn’t
( I am really looking forward and praying hard that we can get a printer soon. Money is really tight right now, we could use all the help we can get. Thank you very much
Amanda if you’ll click on coupons from the home page and then click printable coupons from the drop down box it will give a lot of printable coupon site that don’t require anything except for you to down a small program to print coupons (it’s safe). Most of the sites will mail you the coupons
I just went to the Silvermark product page and now I, “Like” them. I said you sent me
. I could not figure out how I post a comment that I now, “Like” them. I hope this will serve as an entry. Thank you for the opportunity to win something I can really use!

Daniel and Melissa Garcia,
I thought this article would work well in your “Frugal Tips” section what do you think? Online purchases of packaged goods are expected to grow from $12 billion today to $25 billion by 2014. I thought you would be interested in the results of Consumer Reports online grocery shop to save test. Consumer Reports shopped for 10 products in the aisles of Internet giants Amazon.com and Walmart.com, as well as Alice.com and then priced those against products purchased at an A&P in Yonkers, N.Y., and a Walmart in White Plains, N.Y., check out the results:
http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/magazine-archive/2011/september/shopping/online-grocery-shopping/overview/index.htm#shopped
Here is an excerpt:
“Browsing is a cinch: Search by brand, price, special offers, and other filters. You have access to thousands of products online, from national brands to gourmet and organic items we didn’t see in the grocery store. You can create a standing list of items you routinely buy. Checkout is quick—and there are no racks of candy to tempt you while you wait.”
Hope you’ll find this information useful and that you’ll share it with your readers.
Thanks!

My screw up on the rsvp to the twitter party. I’m #10. My name doesnt show up. Guess I still don’t know how to rsvp correctly. Sorry
I like your Catalina / Walmart campaign & signed the petition. I think there is one more place we need to get them. My best friend is in the service, and Catalina is not in the military commissaries. Since she os on a fixed budget, Catalina would be very helpful to her & the other military personell & spouses.
Major Bummer: I was wanting to start the whole coupon thing. Found out where the recycle bins are in town and talked to the gentleman who works there and he is totally fine with me on going through the papers for coupons. (good) The newspaper said they are under contract to “destroy” the inserts they don’t use (bad) Went to one of the 3 stores here in our small town, Country Mart. They will double up to $1 (good) but only on the first coupon (bad) and they are more expensive than Wal-mart. I got my daughter diapers for about the same price at Walmart with my $1 coupon than if I got it at CM with the double. I checked with Save-a-Lot. They don’t double (bad) and the store is kinda sad…and most of the brands there I have never even heard of (bad). I really don’t know what else to do. Wal-mart is the only other place to get groceries. I know I can use coupons there but that won’t be any different than what I do now. I was really wanting to do this for my family. I’m a stay at home mom and not bringing any income in to help. I was wanting to help out my parents, they have helped us out so much. And to eventually get a food pantry or something of the sorts started through my church. SO TOTALLY BUMMED.
Amanda don’t give up….It’s all in how you coupon. First you need to find a blog that covers the stores in your area. Follow their posts of the weekly ad and buy what you like from the list of cheap and free items they have posted for that week. If you are trying to copy what they do on TLC’s Extreme Couponing it can’t be done. That show is fake…no one can do what they do. It takes time (about 3-5 months) to get your stockpile built up so that you are saving lots of money. When you see something posted that you can get free or cheap with coupons buy several ( we suggest about 5-8 for an average family) and then put the extras up so when you run out you’re not running to the store and paying full price for something that’s no longer on sale. Do that with everything you use that is non perishable or that can be frozen. Pretty soon you have a stockpile of groceries and other items you got free or cheap and you’ll be spending very little at the store (just buying milk, fresh veggies, bread and meat you haven’t bought and frozen). Don’t be bummed…you can do it no matter if your store doubles or not. You just have to know what to buy and when to buy it. Here’s a website that does Country Mart : Charitybeginssavingathome.com We also post her weekly ad deals on our blog. If you have any questions just give me an email: patsy@consumerqueen.com
I am looking for someone to come to our office and show our group about couponing. I have had numerous requests but really don’t know where to find this kind of help. Do you or do you know someone that would come out for a free lunch and discuss with our folks?

New to coupons! My husbanc has retired and our income has dropped. Groceries are going up along with utilities. I’m finding I’m in more of a finacial crisis as we get older. Not a pleasent feeling. So I decided to start couponing. I live in a rural area about 90 miles from OKC. I do go to the City about once a month and decided to start researching the stores along I40. Our Walmart will match competer’s prices. Such as Target’s and Krogers but I need a flyer with these adds in them. When I call Oklahoma News papers they tell me since I live outside the area even though I subscribe to the paper chances are those flyers will not be put into those papers. I can get that information on line but I need a physical paper to show our Walmart. I would like to be able to get Targets and Krogers advertisements sent to me. How would I go about that? I want the Red Bud and Smart Source Circulars. Cordell provides me with the P&G. Any help with this solution would be great.
Sincerly Yours

Robyn, Walmart doesn’t require you to bring in the ad to get the price match anymore…..if your store tries to tell you you do just call corporate
I heard today that Channel 5 here in Oklahoma city did a story that most stores were going to do away with couponing?? Was just wondering if anyone else has heard this?? I just started couponing not long ago and would hate for it to come to an end! Saving too much $$$ and having too much fun!!!
Queen Mum I have not seen the chat box up and running for a couple of days , is there a reason for that ? Thank You
Marilyn
I’m not sure Marilyn….I’ve been off the blog for a few days moving into my new apartment. I know Melissa is having some work done on the site. I’ll ask her about it tonite at church.
I haven’t heard this……I sure hope not!!!!
Thank you Queen Mum , I know you are busy , moving is never fun lol. I have another question for you , I went to Walgreens to try out the double rr for the gain soap …I bought 1 gain laundry detergent with a 2 dollar coupon and 2 gain dishwashing soap( no coupons for them ) paid part of it with a 5 dollar RR and cash for the balance and only got back a 3 dollar RR. no double rr for me , yet it work for you . What did I do wrong?
Sometimes when Walgreens gets wind of a deal like that they adjust their registers to not print it out
Also I bought one Gain Detergent and 1 Gain Dish Soap and got the (2) $2.00 RR so that may have been the difference. Some areas get different RR deals. Next time I’ll try them all and confirm for us Okies!
THANK YOU ! Queen MUM it was worth a try i did get three dollars back in rr
You’re quite welcome!
i dont know how to post the link im so sorry i just wanted u to know ozarka water ha s a link on their fb page on left ‘minis to go’ and its a dollar off i printed it three times… anyway i really am so thankful for ur site and just wanted to share with u
Thanks Jen!!
Hi Queen..I want to start by saying “THANK YOU”. You have helped my family and I save lots of money. I have a quick question seeing I’m very new to the coupon scene. Can I use coupons that say a specific store on them (ex. Target) at any store? Thank you for any responses in advanced!! I’m so excited to start saving money!!
If the coupons state manufacturer’s coupon on them and do not state that you have to redeem them at Target you should be able to use them anywhere…it doesn’t matter if they have the Target logo on them as long as they are manufacturer’s coupons:)
Don’t know if anyone knows yet or not but I work for petsmart nw 63rd and when I went into work today I saw that we had Fall Festival of Savings right inside the front doors by our adds , it has 15 manufactures coupons inside , some are the same as you see in the newspaper but a few were pretty good such as $4 off any Pur Luv Grande Bones or Mini Bones Value Pack, $1 dolloar off any Blue treats, $2 dollars off any Pur Luv dog treats(made in the USA)$ 1 off any Pet Botantics , $2 off any True Chews $ 1 off Canyon Creeek Ranch Dog Treats 8 oz$ 1 dollar off Nylabone Corn and wheat free pouch , Plus 8 other coupons . Thought you might want to know
I have a question about Homeland’s policy. I tried to e-mail, but I couldn’t get it to load. I have 2 different coupons for the totino’s pizza stuffers. One is for a dollar off and the oher is for .75 cents off. Can I use both of the coupons in the same transaction or do I have to use them in seperate ones since they are for the same product? Same with yopliat yogurt ones, one for .50 off of 8 and one for .40 off of 6.
Thank you!!
Nope, since they are different value coupons they will both double, you just can’t use both coupons on the same product, for example buying 1 pizza stuffer and using both coupons on that one product.
Thanks Marilyn! A reader had emailed me about this…. please email us with any deals you find at Petsmart! We’d love it!
Do you know where I can find libby’s canned vegetable coupons?
(ie. $1/4).
Your site has been so helpful! I am wondering how you tell if a printed (off the internet) coupon will double. I heard that UPC numbers beginning with a 9 will not, but I have some that begin with a 0 or 5. Which numbers do not double? Thanks!
If a coupon states “Do Not Double” then it should not double no matter what the UPC numbers are. I know that some even though they state DND will double if the cashier doesn’t catch it. I truly can’t remember which number it starts with (5 or 9)…I usually tell the cashier if I have a DND coupon so they don’t accidentally double it. For cashiers, coupons are like money and must be counted at the end of their shift. If they have doubled say, a $1.00 coupon that says DND then their register will be $1.00 short and they can be fired if this happens to many times
.
It’s in the Redplum coupon insert from the 8-28-11 Sunday paper and expires 12-30-11
Help! How do I get the Progresso Rich & Hearty Coupon. I searched your whole site but can’t find it or missed it. I did print the refund form but no luck on the coupon. Thanks
The coupons listed are in the Sunday paper coupon inserts – General Mills insert 10-2-11 and 9-11-11.

How and where do I get a Walgreen infant care book? I have heard about them but the Walgreen I go to in Midwest City has never heard of them .
Thank You
Marilyn these booklets were out quite awhile back (several months) so they’re probably all gone. The coupons don’t expire until 12-31 so I still post them
Thank You Queen Mum
You’r quite welcome!!
Thank you Melissa for sharing how to stack the like inserts to cut out the coupons, LOL I was cutting them out one by one and I had 10 papers one week end. boy do I feel dumb ! lol I think I am doing them right now , stacking like ones on top of each other then cut the coupons? Right? LOL
Hi! Im also new to the couponing world. I just wanted to double check on Homelands doubling policy. I went to the website and the policy was so wordy – it got difficult for me to understand. They have a 10 for 10 on Colgate toothpaste. If I have 10 coupons @ 40 cents off one colgate toothpaste, will they double it to make each toothpaste only 20 cents a piece?
Sarah,
Using your example that the toothpastes were 10/$10 and you had 10 $0.40 off coupons…..
Homeland doubles the 1st like coupon. That means they would only double ONE of your $0.40 coupons. In your scenario you would buy the 10 toothpastes for $10.00. You would use the 10 coupons. One would be worth $0.80 since it doubled leaving your total due at $9.20. The other 9 $0.40 coupons would ring up at face value of $0.40 each totaling $3.60. Your end cost would be $5.60 or $0.56 each for the 10 toothpastes.
I would however question the necessity of buying 10 toothpastes. I am nto aware of your household size, but 10 toothpastes seems like a lot of toothpaste. Remember sales go in cycles and it will be back on sale again soon.
Princess Karen
I don’t know how the others do it but by the time I get your email all the free items and coupons are gone. I have yet to get anything from your site! This is very disappointing.
Unfortunately coupons go very fast…we have no control over that
We try to do the deals ourselves before we post but sometimes they’re out 20 minutes after we post it. Sorry you’ve had a problem!
Queen Mun I went to CVS tonight 10-22-11 bought 2 single revelon eye shadow $4.89 each use 2 $ 1.00 (wal mart inserts) but did not get the $5.00 CVS back . What did I do wrong could it have been that I used cvs bucks to pay for it ?
Thank You
Marilyn
No it shouldn’t have mattered if you paid for it with CVS ECB…I would take my receipt back and ask why I didn’t get it!
THank You
