Sam’s Clubs Members are able to participating in a FREE Health Screening at your local Sam’s Club this month. February 9th is the Healthy Heart Screening and members can receive a FREE Blood Pressure, Vision, Body Mass Index, Total Cholesterol, Glucose and HDL Cholesterol evaluations performed by a licensed professional. These screenings will only be available at Sam’s Club locations with a pharmacy.
