When a restaurant is awarded Michelin stars, do the stars stay with the restaurant or the head chef? Do the stars awarded belong to the restaurant in question, or the head chef of said restaurant? Hypothetically, if I became the head chef of a restaurant with no stars, and during my tenure the restaurant was awarded two stars, do those stars belong to me or the restaurant by which I am employed?
