What is a catalina? A catalina is a coupon that prints from a little machine that sits next to the register. The coupons will print when you purchase qualifying products from Homeland or any other store that offers them. Catalinas can be for $$ off a product, coupons for a free product or like the catalina pictured above, $$ off your next visit to Homeland.

Catalinas will:

*Have an expiration date.
*Specify exactly what it's for
*List valid dates the catalina will print (for example: buy jell-o snacks between 03/04 and 03/27 and save)
*List how many products you need to purchase to receive the catalina ( for example: buy 2 Jell-o Snacks and get $1.00 off your next order, buy 3 Jell-o Snacks and get $2.00 off your next order, buy 4 or more Jell-0 Snacks and get $3.00 off your next order.)
*Will not double
*Be considered a manufacturer's coupon and not a store coupon.
*Will sometimes print advertisements for upcoming catalinas that will be printing soon.

Current Homeland Catalinas:

Help! My catalina didn't print!

Here's what you can do if your catalina coupon doesn't print.

*Make sure you bought the right product and right amount of the product that the catalina is good for.
*Call 1-800-8CATALINA or email them at catalinamarketing.com

When you contact Catalina you'll need to give them:

*Your name & mailing address
*Store Name, Address & Store Number ( should be on your receipt)
*Date and time of your purchase
*Frequent Shopper Card #
*Total amount of purchase
*Which Catalina promo you were expecting. For example: "I bought 3 Kelloggs Cereals and was expecting to get a coupon for free milk”
*If you email them you might send them a scanned copy of your receipt along with your info....it just helps to re-enforce with them that you did indeed buy the product, but it's not necessary.

Catalina will tell you it will be 6-8 weeks before you will receive your coupon but it could actually take as little as one. Keep your receipt in a safe place until you receive your coupon in case you need to resend your information.

Found any Catalina deals you'd like to share??
