I have tried these so far!!!

chicken bouillon base
6 100 gram pieces of chicken breast 8 c water 1/4 t garlic powder 1/4 t onion salt 1/4 t celery salt 1/4 t poultry seasining 1/4 black pepper 1 1/2 t sea salt
Combine ingredients in pot and cook until chicken is done.. remove chicken and fridge or freeze to use later (6 servings) Also free bouillon base for future cooking. Put 2 cups in medium size container to make coups and 4 tablesppons in a small container to saute vegetables.
I cut the chicken up and wrapped it in lettuce leaves and ate that. Kind of like chicken lettuce tacos.
**************************************************** Garlic shrimp
3/4 lb small shrimp in their shells salt paprika, preferrably spanish 4 T chicken bouillon base 4 sliced garlic cloves 1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes 1 T fresh lemon juice 2 T minced parsley
Shell the shrimp and sprinkle with salt and paprika. Heat the bouillon base, garlic, and pepper flakes in a medium skillet. When the garlic is beginning to brown add the hrimp and cook, stirring about 1 minute or until just done and firm to the touch. Stir in the lemon juice and parsley. Serve immiedately,
Servings: 3oz cooked shrimp = 1 protein. (This made 2 servings)
I served this chopped up with a tomato and it was excellent.
