Here's the new coupon policy directly from the website:

Double Coupon Policy

~ Coupons will be doubled when customers use their Homeland One Card.
~ We reserve the right to limit quantities.
~ Limit one like item per customer per day please. Additional like item coupons will be redeemed at face value.
~ Manufacturer coupons with a face value of $1.00 or less will be doubled.
~ Coupons with a value of more than $1.00 will be redeemed at face value only.
~ Doubled amount cannot exceed the retail of the item purchased.
~ Offer does not include any retailer, carbonated beverages, cigarette, beer, free item, in-store, & coupons stating “cannot be doubled”.
~ We reserve the right to limit or reject any internet coupon. All internet coupons over $2.50 require management approval. (Exception: Baby formula internet coupons cannot exceed $1.00.)
~ A store coupon and a manufacturer coupon cannot be combined on the same item.
~ Expired coupons will not be accepted.
~ Coupons must be redeemed for items indicated on the coupon.
~ We do not accept photocopied coupons.
~ Offer good for a limited time only.

What's with that last one.....limited time only? How long have they been doubling coupons....at least 10 years LOL!!

Here's the link if you want to print a copy directly from the website: http://www.homelandstores.com/Loyalty.aspx

Hi,
I was in the Homeland on 122nd/May. I have never had a problem with this at other locations. I tried to use a manufacturers coupon and a store coupon. They would not allow it at this location. They said that it is only 1 coupon per item.
Thanks

What store coupon were you trying to use?

I tried to use a manufacturers coupon and a coupon in the extra savings mini ad. I have done it plenty of times at another store. I thought this was ok.
Thanks

You should be able to use a store coupon and a manu coupon on one item, if the extra savings ad says it's a manu coupon then you wouldn't be able to do that, i don't have that one in front of me to check.

Question: I have multiple coupons for 1 particular item, so how do I use them to purchase several items? Do I have to make multiple transactions on different days? The policy says only 1 like item per customer per day. I think I have read that some have been allowed to do multiple transactions in 1 day.

Thank you.

I usually do 2 different transactions.....I separate them at the register and just do one right after another. The rule is one like coupon per visit so you can do several "visits" in one day. Some Homelands won't let you do multiple transactions so you can just take out your groceries and go right back in. I do this when I really want what's on sale :P

I leave and come back in and then I try and go to a different register.
