Craberry Energizer

Serves 2

11/2 cups of cranberry juice
scant 1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup of fresh raspberries
1tbsp lemom juice
slices and spirals of fresh lemon and orange, to decorate

Method

Pour the cranberry juice and orange juice into a food processor and process gently until combined. Add the raspberries and lemon and process until smooth

Pour the mixture in to glasses and decorate with slices and spirals of fresh lemon and orange.

Serve at once.

Perfect for a summery hot day!!
