I love the Hillbilly Housewife website! its got all sorts of tips and information on it! There are menu helpers too, such as an Emergency $45 menu and a $70 menu (which actually can cost less, drinks and seasonings are included in the costs.

I've enjoyed her web-site for some time now too. Her menu ideas are great for sure. I have a feeling though that with today's prices, those $45 and $70 plans just might be a bit more

But I do love her very basic way of cooking and have used some of her recipes with good success.
