I need help setting up an advitar for this board. Can someone please walk me through the process? Fat Tony has no brain cells to figure these things out.

ok first go to user control panel..underneath board index,
Then go to profile, edit avatar...and then it will let you browse your pics on your computer. You can only use a very small picture so I always go to photobucket and upload my pic there and then make it tiny and save it to my pics.
