OK....I shop at Homeland ALOT and Brody at a Norman location infurated me with this situation....
He would not double my manu coupon on a clearance it. He even went as far to say that he was doing me a favor even letting me use coupons on clearance items.
Example:
Item on clearance for $1.59
Manu coupon for 0.75
Doubled for 0.75
item for 0.09
BUT NOOOOOOO, not according to Brody. UGH!

I had that problem with a cashier ONCE. I stood my ground and they had to call the manger. He then asked them why i could not do it. The product had a peelie on it and was on clearance. I told the cashier that if they did not want me to use the peelie why did they not remove it.

I have a question, just curious. I will lay out a senerio and someone tell me what happens:

Okay I purchase a grocery item that is on sale for $1.50.
I have a coupon for this item for $1 off.

okay, so when I go check out will the coupon double making it $2 off the $1.50 item. And then if it does double do they credit you the extra $.50 cents or do they just give you $1.50 off? I have never paid any attention before and didnt know if anyone knew how they do it? Just curious :P

Depends. If the regular price of the item is more than $1.50 then you will get either the regular price of the item or $2 whichever is greater.

I was shopping in the Edmond Homeland today & the manager told me they would not accept IP coupons because "they could have been photocopied". (Mine were in black & white from my printer) Since it was my first trip there & the cashier had already started scanning them she said she would let it go this one time. Could anyone tell me what they know about this???
Thanks!

I have never run into this at ANY Homeland in Edmond but then I print my coupons in color.

Most stores will accept IPs in B/W but according to Homeland's coupon policy, they limit or refuse internet coupons at their discretion.

I believe so, and to clarify, a catalina is the little red coupon that comes out of the machine at the register. There are catalina deals all around the Homeland Stores, and should be the same at all stores as well. Like right now, there are catalinas for Kraft Mac and Cheese the ones that are $2.09 buy 2, get $1, and then there is one for Dole Fruit cups, .75 wyb 4 packs. That is all I know of off hand. HTH

No, only one manufactor coupon per item allowed. Unless it is Buy Bread get produce free, and you have a bread coupon, you can use the bread coupon for bread and the Buy bread get produce free on the produce. Make since, this was just a scenerio, but there are lots of coupons out there that read like that one, espeacially the Buy 2 Kraft get $2 off meat. You can use the kraft man. coupons on the kraft and then use the $2 one on the meat! Just another example! HTH
