Downloaded coupon printer. Still can't print. Help!

Hi everyone. I'm new to this site, but not new to couponing. I've been trying to print coupons for years. I downloaded the coupon printer and followed directions. I change the "spool" item and it goes back to what it was. I'm using a PC and a Brother printer. I've read all the posts regarding this, and it's been no help. I'm at my wits end. I want to print coupons too. Do I need a special printer? I was using IE6, IE7 and now IE8. Nothing works. Can someone please help. Thank you

I found I have to use Foxfire instead of IE to print off coupons. Won't work with IE at all. Don't know why but you might try it and see if it works. Good luck!

what coupon printer are you talking about smartsource, bricks?

I appreciate the advice, but nothing worked. I can't print any coupons from any source. I also tried from Firefox and that didn't work. This is the message I keep getting:
"We're sorry---it appears that we don't support your printer or one of your printer settings." Also says to make "keep printed documents" unchecked. Did all this. Then tried to print and got a pop up warning---your printer is set to "keep printed documents". You must uncheck this setting in your printers properties to print coupon.

I have a Brothers MFC620CN printer. When I changed the setting, it keeps going back to the original setting. Maybe I need a different printer. Any suggestions? I'm at my wits end.

I am having the same problem with Smartsource and Bricks. I can't figure out what the problem is either. I hope that I can get it fixed before the coupons change. I can print fine from coupons.com

I can print from work but not home. I think they are having problems!

It sounds to me like it's your printer....if it keeps switching back to the default settings.

I was having issues with Bricks last week, but seems to be all fixed.

And has anyone noticed the change in Smart Source. I was printing today and it took FOREVER!! Not sure I'll spend the time in the future.

i'm thinking it's the printer also, i can see bricks and smartsource being a problem, but not every website you go to..than it has to be something else..Can you borrow a printer from a friend and hook it to your pc and try it? really hard to tell what it is, since i'm not looking at it myself
