Ginger capsules or ginger tea is a commonly known remedy for an upset stomach. It has other health properties/uses too. I think everyone in my family has tried this and it does work. It's best to have the tea or take the capsules as soon as you feel the tummy upset starting. You may have to drink the tea or take extra capsules as needed to keep the nausea or tummy pain at bay.

Just adding a disclaimer to my post on using ginger. Always, always be careful with any supplements. Use your own judgement. I am only saying that my family does this. Again, use your own judgement and research. It does work for us though.

Thanks

When my middle son was on a bunch of medications for seizures and allergies we could not give him anything over the counter or a supplement and we had a doctor tell us to get a can of peaches in heavy syrup and give him a tablespoon every 15 minutes until he started to feel better. He said it worked better than the over the counter Emetrol you can buy. To this day is has worked for us!

I'd never heard that one before. Thanks for sharing it. I'll have to keep some peaches in heavy syrup on hand.
