This may sound silly, but God is an awesome God, and I truly believe in the power of prayer. My air conditioner quit working today. We bought our house about 4 months ago, and luckily purchased a home warranty. To make a long story short... there is problem with our air ducts under the slab... I knew it was eventually going to be an issue of taking the air ducts overhead, and replacing the a/c and furnace. However, I didn't expect it to be this soon. Not to mention, I am supposed to have a Bridal Shower for my sister at my house on Sunday. So, today I come home and its like 85 degrees in my house. I had the ac "tuned up" a couple weeks ago, but obviously it needed more... the only problem they saw was that there was actually too much freon in the unit. I didn't have it taken out because it was going to be like $150 to do that. So, what I need is for everyone to join me in praying that this problem will be covered by my home warranty, or that God will provide a way for me to replace the system, as we really don't have any money to do so.. and I have three little boys that are reallllly cranky right now, cause its so hot and It breaks my heart. Thanks in advance for remembering my family in your prayers.

My prayer for you is indeed that God will Bless through this financial storm. Sometimes we wonder where or how.......and then many days down the road once we have crossed that bridge and moved on to the next, we seldom stop to look back and think about What a Truly AWESOME GOD we do serve. By you giving God the Praise and knowing that He is indeed awesome, full of mercy and grace, even during the fury of the storm (in your case the financial questions of how) with the AC out and small children and a bridal shower ahead...........I know it has to please our Father Above. May HE grant you the peace you look for and an answer to our prayers. Also remember, that when things seem to go the "wrongest" at the worst times, there can even be a blessing in that. I admit (having been in some of those times) that it's hard to find them (LOL), but usually they are there, so TRUST and know that HE is in control!!!

Sarah~ I am so sorry about your sitution! I just wanted to let you know that I prayed for you and your family and will continue to do so. I agree that our God is more awesome than I have words for! He is so faithful to take care of us. I'm sure he's working things out already. Watch for the little things they can be some of the biggest blessings! Hope that makes sense.
