I contacted redplum customer care about this last week and got this reply.

Use this link and follow directions to add your name to our mailing list of redplum inserts.

Select option as a CONSUMER first and then I would like to start receiving coupons in mail.

It takes about 5 or 6 weeks for the process to be completed.
