Juggling a fulltime job, kids, a hubby with a disease and this website can sometime be very stressful.

Was going to send in the same (kinda) thing to both. Had clients in at 9, 9:30 and 2 and 3pm today! They actually wanted me to WORK (oh the indignity of it all...how dare they expect me to work at work...LOL!!) I will get back on track doing the important things tomorrow...LOL!

The lady from Edmond who makes a difference is named Karen she started the hugs project what it is is they make these little neck hugs that when put in col water swell up and help to keep a soldier cool they also make some to go inside their helmets. from that it has grown into sending boxes of items to a solider in the Middle east. Amazing how these people are fighting and yet some of the girls can not get a tampon! They even send blankets and phone cards candy all sorts of stuff.. The CVS on Santa Fe and 33rd teamed up with them over Christmas to collect donations. The boxes they mail run I think it is 8.95 a box not sure but it is the flat rate via post office the group is 100% non profit all money goes to the cause and there is NO OVER HEAD everything from her cell phone to their space at a mall to their electric is all donated! It really is a good group. If anyone want to donate to hugs then I would suggest contacting the store manager at that store and he can take the donations and send them to Karen.
