Does anyone else have problems printing coupons from their site?

I have tried EVERY fix they suggest and still cannot print their coupons. Tried firefox too and then get an error that my default printer isn't working properly. Works FINE anywhere else. I'm started to write to the companies that offer coups that I want that are list on their site. Got a favorable response from crab classic (trans-ocean) this evening.

I have NEVER been able to print from Smartsource from my computer. I tried once from my parent's and had absolutely no problem. I, too, have tried everything they say to do...turn off pop up blocker, close firewall, turn off virus scan, everything. Nothing has worked. I sent an email to them telling them about the trouble I had, and all I got in response was an email telling me to try all the stuff I'd already done. I feel for ya!
