I need your 'email' address when you PM me. I know no other way to do this, but am happy to do it.

Candace:

I used my spreadsheet you sent me last night, and discovered just from the receipts I found that I had already saved nearly $600 in the first week of 2008! Blew my mind! Even with after holiday clearance I only thought I'd saved around $350. Spreadsheets are a fantastic way to keep track of your savings. Thanks for sharing!!

You're so welcome. Glad to hear you added up so much savings so soon.
You'll probably need to add rows as you get closer to the bottom.
Save away, save away!

I love it! I've added a couple of columns at the end, to keep notes on rebates I've sent in, just so I have all the info right there. I do keep copies of rebate info, but this way I don't have to fumble through the file to check a date. I can't thank you enough for sharing this with us! I know I could have put one together myself, and started to many times, but I'd much rather spend my time hunting for new deals than making up a way to record them. It's so easy to just plug in the numbers. I save up all my receipts on my computer desk and do them usually like once a week or something. It's fun to watch how the numbers jump up so quickly. And, it's easy to tell people when they ask how much I've saved. Their next question is always, "Yeah, but how much did you have to spend to save that much?" Now I can amaze them when I say I've saved over $2,000 and only spent $300."
