I signed up for the UPromise eCoupons, and loaded several onto my Kroger card. Yesterday I bought Nestle' Chocolate Chips. I had several paper coupons, but also a $1 coupon from UPromise on my Kroger card.

It didn't redeem. My Shortcuts and Cellfire coupons redeemed. At first I thought maybe i was mis-reading the receipt, or had missed seeing it somehow, but I went online and checked my coupons just now and it is showing "not redeemed". What am I doing wrong? It shows the activation date as 11/10, so I know it was on there yesterday (11/12).

Any suggestions? Thanks!!
