I received a really big blessing a few weeks ago.

Every year during VBS, they choose a mission or ministry for the kids to raise money for. The kids bring all their coins and they have a contest between boys and girls.

So this year they chose my new ministry, COUPONS FOR CHRIST. This in itself was a huge blessing because I had been wondering if I jumped the gun starting this ministry because it didn't seem to be taking off as fast as I would like. So I was praying and asking God to show me His will. Then within two weeks I get the call that they have chosen CFC for the VBS mission.

AND then, the kids raised.......drum roll please.......approx. $2500 !!!!!!!!

Yep, you read right...143 kids, over the course of 4 days, did extra chores, emptied their piggy banks and begged their grandparents to raise $2500 to go toward buying personal hygiene and household items for inner-city families!!!!

The cool thing is that their $2500 will be turned into something like $7500 by the time I get done!

GOD IS GOOD!!!

That is awesome!! It is amazing that those kids raised that much money and to know that it will be stretched even further than they ever thought possible to bless people!!!
