I have placed several orders with different email addresses. I got the first one I placed but on the others it keeps saying "Thank you for usingGoogle Checkout. Unfortunately, we were unable to verify some of the order details for the following order. As a result the order has been cancelled." I used all the exact same info I used on the first order as far as shipping info and credit card. Could that be the reason?

I just received my third item from Buy.com. All were bought using Google checkout. I used different email addresses, but all were shipped to the same address and I used the same card for at least two of them, since I only have two cards to choose from. I'm guessing items that are being cancelled are because they're sold out. But that's just my guess.

I tried to order some other stuff from Buy.com and I used different e-mail addresses each time, but they were all in the same day, with the same credit card and to the same address...and most of them were cancelled. I think if I would have used a different credit card it would have worked. My husband tried to order something a few weeks later with the same credit card (@ Buy.com) and it cancelled again, but when he reordered with another credit card and a different address it worked. So, maybe spread them out over different credit cards/addresses and they will work.

It may not be available on all the items. What are you trying to buy and I can see if it offers it to me. It could also be your zip code. I have heard of some people ahving to pay a little bit on shipping due to where they live.

The free shipping promo seems to be over. I tried for a while with different types of items. Unless it says "FREE SHIPPING" you're not going to get it. I really hope I'm wrong. I will try again later today.
