Beta test an HP wireless printer

Hewlett-Packard (HP) would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming delta program for an all-in-one (AiO) photo printer! A delta program is a unique opportunity for you to evaluate and provide feedback on your experience with a new product concept. The printer you would receive allows printing, scanning and copying of documents and photos and also provides wireless/networking capabilities. If you are selected to participate in this test you will receive, at no cost to you, everything you will need to completely evaluate the product.

We are primarily looking for someone who is 1) the main family photo taker, 2) normally responsible for installing any home/office printers and 3) also interested in printing photos at home. The evaluation period will last for four weeks beginning in early August 2008 and will run for 4 weeks.

During the four-week evaluation period, you will be asked to complete a series of tasks using your AiO photo printer. Completion of the tasks should not take more than a couple of hours per week but we hope that you'll spend even more time using the product for personal projects. Upon completion of the tasks, you'll be asked to provide your feedback through an online survey.

** To participate, you must be available to test the AiO unit from early August 2008 through early September 2008.** (Web registration required, see below.) If selected, you will be notified of acceptance into this program within the next few weeks. If you are not selected, we will keep your information on file for future programs.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

================================================== =====

We are looking for evaluators who:

* Own a digital camera
* Enjoy taking digital photos
* Have an interest in printing photos at home
* Willing to install and use a printer wirelessly
* Can spend two-three hours per week evaluating a product
* Willing to provide feedback both in person and through an online survey about your experience

PROGRAM INFORMATION

======================================

The HP all-in-one printer you will be evaluating in this program is not currently available for purchase. A delta program is a unique opportunity for you to evaluate and provide feedback on your experience with a new product concept. We have learned that HP customers may use their products in unanticipated ways so by placing early units in the homes/offices of users, HP is able to learn more about our customers and make a better final product.

Depending upon your location, the delivery/set-up of your unit would involve two or three HP employees/representatives coming to your home/office for up to three hours to observe your experience in setting up the printer and evaluating basic functionality.

During the evaluation period we request and encourage you to report any and all problems, issues, suggestions, comments, ideas and/or questions regarding the product to HP. You will be able to easily communicate with HP through your personal VOConline Feedback Center.

There are specific areas of interest where your feedback will be particularly valuable. These include:

* Product setup issues
* Error messages/defects
* Product ease of use
* Customer satisfaction levels

If you are selected for this program, our intention is to leave the product at your home/office for the entire evaluation period. In certain situations; however, it may be necessary to remove the unit early. If this is the case, a prepaid FedEx airbill will be supplied. After the evaluation period, everyone who completes all applicable To Dos and Surveys will get to keep the printer as compensation for their participation in this program. You will also be sent a Certificate of Ownership that will allow you 1 year of HP support for this product.

By the way VOConline is legit. My printer here at work (HP Officejet Pro L7780 All-in-one) was acquired this way. They replace it if anything goes wrong during testing and they provided the ink during testing. I got to keep the printer when I was done and we purchased a 3 year warranty on it for only $80.00 So basically we bought this printer that was priced about $500 when it came out for $80.00
