Maralee,
I know that it seems as though there is no one in the world that knows how you feel right now.
TRUST ME, I DO!
After my second son was born, I went through some mild depression because it was sooo much for me.
I have been a stay at home mom since he was born and still even though he will be 5 in July , some days I feel totally overwhelmed.
The one thing I can say , is , IF , you have family close by that you TRUST!!!!, that's a biggy these days, CALL THEM!!!
DO NO BE ASHAMED TO ASK FOR A LITTLE HELP.I did not want anyone to think that I was crazy , or loosing it... so I never ever asked for help... and listen, my dad and step mother lived like 5 houses down from me,,, rediculous...
DON'T DO THAT.... CALL SOMEONE,, A FRIEND, A FAMILY MEMBER, SOMEBODY,, EVEN IF YOU DON'T WANT THE KIDS TO GO WITH THEM, ASK THEM TO COME OVER FOR A WHILE AND LET YOU JUST GO TO BED... TELL THEM YOU WILL FEED THEM OR SOMETHING,, OR IF YOU HAVE A COUPLE OF EXTRA BUCKS IT IS SOOO WORTH GETTING THE HELP AND THE TIME YOU NEED TO GET YOURSELF TOGETHER.
I WOULD SAY YOU NEED THIS AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FOR AT LEAST 3-4 HOURS. AND I AM NOT KIDDING.
WITH YOUR HUSBAND AWAY AND ALL YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR, DO NOT SELL YOURSELF SHORT AND THINK YOU DON'T DESERVE IT. YOU DO!!!!
I will be praying for you . Trust me girlfriend when I say , I have been there, and done that.
