I have gotten laid off my Job back on november the 26th just befor that I had slipped at work and now haveing to deal with two slipped disk in my neck and Im on limitaion to work and no one will give me a job do to this injury and I did get my unempoleyment started but now its in question do to me haveing to turn down a job that was way to far like 150 miles one way to far and i only got one car runing ok but dont know what els to do I have prayed and now im letting every one els now as well to get a big prayer chin started and on top of this all my wife works at a doller general store and her hours just got cut so now the tough times a rolling but very hard we dont have much but each other...I tryed to get help from the state and they truned us down from food stampes said we make to much money

Did you not file for Worker's Compensation? You have two (2) years from the date you knew abut the injury (basically the time you fell) to file. If I were in your shoes I would look for an attorney that takes a % of whatever he gets for me so I could work on having some $ come in. However, many will not take the case if they do not feel you have any money coming in. So if you were dancing around slipping and sliding on oil you spilled while working at the baby oil factory then you don't stand a chance but if it is a legitimate claim I would file!

Your family will be in our prayers and be sure to look at the forums for the individual stores that you shop at to see if there is a way to save money on the things you normally buy. My hours were reduced also so I understand!

Thoughts and prayers are definitely with your family right now. I would definitely look into Workers Comp - your company should have insurance and they do need to help you out if you did injure yourself. If you have a legit claim I would definitely research that. I hope you have a speedy recovery and you find an amazing job!

well to go ahead an update my request i did get a work comp lawyer and i did get my unemployment for this week and I really do thank you all for the prayers and your thoughts about this and im going to keep looking up i just now something good is going to happen very soon im so thank full.
