I've been addicted to Pepsi for so long and along with the rest of my unhealthy eating habits I needed to find some healthier alternatives. I'm now hooked on crystal light on the go mixes. they are great! My fav is the wild strawberry w/energy. I've had 2 1/2 cans of pepsi in the last 4 weeks and thats amazing cuz I was drinking maybe 3-4 cans a day!!! crytal light is easy ...carry some in your purse....getcha a bottle of water pour, shake, and go! I love them ! plus, they only have 5 calories per pack (20oz) versus 70- 100 for soda.... plus your getting that h2o that we all need!

I kicked soda about a year and a half ago and switched to iced tea sweetened with splenda. Not sure I'm ready to let go of the caffiene...at least iced tea is full of antioxidants!!! LOL

Just watch the sugar intake in it. I haven't bought Crystal Light in a while so I am not sure how much sugar they have in them, I useally buy the Great Value kind it is cheaper and it has no Calories, no Fat, no Carbs, and no Sugar.
