I am having a cheat day today. You see my other scale I had malfunctioned (kept giving me an E and saying I weighed more than the maximum allowable weight fot that scale :? --thank goodness it was wrong, but i did order a scale online that had a higher capacity, only to learn the first scale would have worked.) so I could not weigh until the evening of my 4th day. This is my 14th day on the diet and I have lost 18.6lbs bascially in 10 days since I could not weigh myself those first days. We are also having a sleepover for my sons birthday so this is perfect timing for me to be able to cheat for his party. I have not had 1 slip up in this whole time so I deserve this. I understand that it will set me back a few days but I still feel confident that I will lose all the weight I can this round even with doing this for the simple fact that I have not had any complications thus far (knock on wood).

I cheated and now I feel horrid. I guess my stomach shrunk and I could not eat much of the foods I wanted to eat. I guess that was good. We ate pizza, mozz sticks and potatoe skins and drank soda. I now do not want to look at any of those items for a while since now even the thought of them makes me feel ill. I guess the cheating paid off to help curb some of those cravings. Sometimes junk food is not as good as you thought it would be. Glad I got it out of my system and I hope it does not stall me too bad! I actually total only ate (for breakfast 2 slices of Digornio Ultimate toppings pepperoni pizza----I wanted PIZZA!!) then I ate a pretzel at the skating rink but could not finish it so I gave some to the baby and some to my sons friend, then we had papa murphys pizza and I had 1/2 slice of a family size pepperoni pizza, 2 1/2 TGIF motz sticks and 3 TGIF potatoe skins and felt ill from too much food. Later I had 2 packages of reeses peanut butter cups. I had to force those down since I really wanted them but was full. Kids were eating them and they smelled soo good. I have made myself feel ill so I know at least for a couple days the diet will be easy.

I am off the diet. At least for a week. I have been itching on and off since I started the diet and then I noticed some little bumps that looked like prickley heat. Well now this rash is spreading and I cannot stand the itchiness. The only thing that was new to me was this HcG and that is about the time I began itching. I at first thought it was due to the fact I was not using lotion so much and I had dry skin. I started using lotion again and I still itched. It is now very bad and I feel like I am walking around like I have fleas. The pst 2 days have been the worse. I do not have medical insurance so it is not like I can just go into a doctor and ask. I will do the logical thing and stop the Hcg for 7 days and see if completely clearing that out of my systme alleviated the symptoms, if it does then I know what caused it, if it does not I will need ot look elsewhere. The only other new thing is a new office and I doubt that caused a rash. Everything else is the same. I hope I can get back on it due to the weight loss but I am scratching very bad now!
