I have lost 14 pounds since Feb 19th with weight watcher's and exercise of course. One of my meds makes me crave sweets really bad but I've traded the dairy queen goodies for ww deserts and their ice cream cups.
Anyone want to start a support thread for weight loss?

I can also say my mother, I and several friends have lost weight from weight watchers. They have a new system from when we tried it several years ago but I hear it works just as well. I probably need to start this again to get rid of some extra weight. Congrats on losing the 14 pounds!!

Well, I lost 22 pounds and just can't get past it. I changed my subscription from monthly pass to just online because of it. I figure with the high cost of gas and groceries I could spend that $$ on fruits and veggies instead.
