Select Summer Sweepstakes Official Rules
Monday, July 11, 2011 through Monday, September 5, 2011
1.Sweepstakes begins 12:00 a.m., Monday, July 11, 2011 and ends 11:59 p.m., Monday, September 5, 2011. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
2. ELIGIBILITY.
Open to members of the Landry’s Select Club as of July 10, 2011, who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Landry’s, Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. The sweepstakes shall be staged in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
By entering, participants release Landry’s, Inc, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, and agents from any responsibility and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, death or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or in connection with acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize provided pursuant to the Sweepstakes.
3. HOW TO ENTER.
In order to enter, participants must visit any restaurant owned by Landry’s Restaurant, Inc and present their Landry’s Select membership card for validation. Each time the Member’s Card is validated at the restaurant, the member will earn one chance to win. Members receive two entries when they validate their card on Tuesdays. No purchase is necessary. Members can validate their card only one time per day. You may not be eligible to participate if you are not a member of the Landry’s Select Club as of 11:59 pm, Sunday, July 10, 2011.
PRIZES.
Grand Prize:
One (1) prize of a two night stay at The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada or Atlantic City, New Jersey for two (winner and guest) will be awarded. Prize includes: Two night stay, round-trip airfare transportation for two, VIP check-in, 2 Buffet Passes and 2 tickets to a performance in the Showroom (if applicable). These gift rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Restrictions: The trip must be completed by April 30, 2012. Not valid for holidays or special events at the Golden Nugget & is non-transferable except as provided herein below. Reservations must be made a minimum of three weeks prior to desired dates and subject to availability and restrictions. Blackout periods apply. Winner and guest of winner must be 21 years of age or older. The reward may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
If someone under 21 years of age wins the Grand Prize, the “under age winner” can transfer the Grand Prize to a parent, grandparent or legal guardian. The transferee shall then be declared the winner. If the underage winner, if any, fails to transfer the Grand Prize as allowed above, the Grand Prize shall be deemed forfeited.
First Place Prize:
One (1) prize of a trip for two to the AAA Texas 500 at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas - Sunday November 6, 2011. Includes two Grandstand tickets with Hospitality Chalet (which includes Lunch, goodie bag and guided Pit Tours), one night accommodations at the Omni Ft. Worth, round-trip airfare for winner and guest, VIP Parking Pass at Texas Motor Speedway and a $50 gift card to any Landry's restaurant. Winner and guest of winner must be 21 years of age or older. The reward may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.

Second Place Prize:
One (1) prize of a two night stay at The San Luis Resort & Conference Center in Galveston Island, Texas for winner and guest. Prize includes a two night stay at the San Luis Resort & Conference Center and $250 in Landry’s gift card.
Third Place Prize:
Five (5) winners of a Dinner for 6 at a Landry’s restaurant. Prize value is limited to $500. Winner will be given a Landry’s complimentary card for $500 to spend at the Landry’s restaurant of their choice. Dine-in only; no change will be given. Advanced reservations are required.
Fourth Place Prize:
One (1) prize of a two night stay at the Inn at the Ballpark, Houston, Texas for winner and up to 3 guests. Prize includes: Two night stay at the Inn at the Ballpark, four Aquarium Adventure Passes, and a $100 Landry’s gift card.
Fifth Place Prize:
Twenty-five (25) winners of a $100 Landry’s Select Club Reward. Reward will be added to the guest account and will be redeemable in $25 increments. Prize reward will be valid for 12 months from the date issued; any unused portion of the Reward will expire after 12 months.
No prize substitution allowed except at sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is not transferable/ assignable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Grand Prize with prizes of equal or greater value, if Grand Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
