The Wal-Mart neighborhood market at Penn and Britton has a bunch of the hair color (various kinds) marked down to $1.50 and $2.00. There are also some body sprays, Swiffer flicks refills are $1.00 per box and there are various other things. It is on one of those silver rolling racks in the back left corner of the store by the frozen foods.
