Target now limits 10 coupons per transaction . I even took this up with corporate!!!! So if you are buying $300 worth of groceries and have only 1 of each item you can still only use 10 coupons! Is that not crazy ????

I was like what if you had 1 box of cereal, 1 box of cookies, 1 toilet paper , 1 kleenes and so on you can't use a coupon for each one? The answer was Target has that right!!!!!

The supervisor said hopefully they can change it so everyone now needs to call 1.800.440.0680 and express their opinions

Does this mean 10 total...like if you use Target plus manufacturers...do they both add into your 10???

I just called the number and the gentleman I spoke to (who was very nice!) said he had never heard of that policy. He said Target will not accept a Target coupon with a manu coupon for the same item (which is weird b/c I've never had a problem with that at Target), but as long is there is not a limited quantity on the item (not sure why that matters), you should be able to use as many coupons as you have items for. Weird!!! I told him that this information was coming from corporate and he said he had never heard of that policy. Hmmmmmmmm..... what do you think our next step should be to getting this resolved??

There are so many coupon haters and people who just don't understand they are not losing money by allowing coupons. To avoid wierd made up restrictions this is why I only do a few deals at a time...less noticeable. I try to have as many items as coupons so the people who don't already analyze the coupons don't think anything of it. Also like melissa has said before...never have them owing you money...always add in some extra items. I guess people just aren't used to such a positive thing and figure there's no way you can be getting such good deals....which as we all know is just not true.

Last week, I was buying some of the crystal farms cheese with lots of other stuff. The coupons weren't working and the cashier called her supervisor over and she told me,"We are only allowed to take a "consumable amount" of coupons." It was real hard for me to hold my tongue, but when i left I thought, "I can buy as much as the items as I can possibly put in my cart, which in there description would not be a consumable amount, but I just can't use the coupons!"
It doesn't make sense to me, and I really hope they work this out because I give Target almost all of my business.

Which Target was this? I used 36 coupons last week in Norman. They would not let me use the Crystal Farms cheese. Norman only carries the cheese sticks for 27 cents and the item has to be at least the amount of the coupon.

The target I went to last weekend was at Penn and Mem. But I need to say, that a few days ago, I went in with much more than 10, and they worked fine. When the deal happened to me, I was under the impression that she would only take 10 crystal farm coupons, but I could use other ones. Frankly, I am confused now since someone told Melissa that you can only use 10 total. Ohwell, we'll work it out somehow!!

I went to the Target at NW 50 and May yesterday. I used 21 coupons in one transaction and had no problem!

Now, when I go to the Target at NW Expressway and Rockwell, the coupon police are there. Every time I'm there, it seems like this one particular manager is there. She runs over to whatever register I'm at and stands with her arms crossed watching me during the entire transaction! Last time my mom and I went, she made us feel like criminals! The thing is, we are playing by the rules...they just don't understand a good deal!
