I'm brand new to couponing, but just got back from Homeland and I think I got a great deal. They have Progresso soups on sale 4/$5.00. I used a SS coupon (10/23, I think) for $1 off 4 soups which they doubled, plus the Homeland store coupon located here good for one free Progresso broth when you buy 4 Progresso soups:

That's great! Maybe this is the recent change in coupon policy some people are talking about....Homeland a few months ago decided not to accept store coupons with manufacturer's coupons. Maybe they changed their minds and have now decided to let people use a store coupon and a mfr. coupon on the same item again....yours has anyway-yay for you!
