Does Publix double coupons????

Does your Publix double coupons? If so please let me know and list your location. This will help me a lot when I'm posting deals.

I am in Birmingham, AL and YES all of our Publix does in fact double coupons up to .50. It works great on the buy one get one for free. I usually never spend over $.50 for a bag of Chex Mix and stuff like that. Publix also accepts multiple coupons. For example, they always have their own coupons in the front of the store and will take that coupone ALONG with the sunday paper coupons. They will also accept additional coupons if you have them from other stores on the SAME product. This has saved me so much money.

I shop in Acworth, Ga and my Publix does double coupons

. It made a huge difference last week...I saved 57.00.

Thanks for all the info, shoppers. Publix is new in my town, and I haven't been in there much. Now that I know they *might* double coupons, I'm definitely going to check it out!

I emailed thru the Publix website about my particular store and here is the response from the Publix in Lovejoy Station, Lovejoy, GA

Thank you for your email. We appreciate our customers taking the time to contact us. We forwarded your email to Store Manager Dennis Williamson. He has provided the following response:

Mrs. Adams,

We do accept competitors and/or internet coupons, and we do double coupons up to fifty cents. We will not give change back if the transaction goes into a negative, but a customer can use a vendor and a store coupon on the same item. You can use 2 coupons in a buy one get one order as well. I hope this helps, or if you have any questions please give me a call at 770-473-4449. If you don't mind, the next time you are in the store, please introduce yourself to me. Thank you for shopping at Publix.

I live in South Florida and I've yet to find any store down here that doubles including Publix.
