BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST CAKE

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Beat sugar and oil. Add bananas, yogurt, vanilla, and eggs. blend well.
Add dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Gently stir in
blueberries.
Pour into 3 greased 6x3 1/2 inch mini loaf pans. Bake 350 for 40-50
minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing pan.
