Cool Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped spinach (or use frozen)
16 oz. container sour cream
1 pkg. ranch dip mix
Chestnuts (optional)
Preparation:
If spinach is frozen, run under cold water to thaw, then pat dry.
Mix together all ingredients in food processor and refrigerate until chilled (about one hour).
Serve with crackers.
