You can always do a roast! Thats a given LOL

You can also take a baggy and add some italian seasoning and stewed or dice tomatoes. Throw in some chicken and smoosh!!!!!!! Cook in the crock pot and throw over some spaghetti noodles when done.

Id like to see more crocpot recipes posted myself!!!!

1 can (28 ounce) canned plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup molasses, unsulphured
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 cups water
1 1/3 cups cider vinegar
salt, to taste
4 pounds pork butt, at room tempature
soft rolls
coleslaw
bread and butter pickles

For the sauce: Prepare the barbecue sauce at least a day before you plan to cook
the meat. Place the tomatoes, molasses, honey, tomato paste,
garlic, bay leaf, cumin, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a
large heavy pot. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to
medium-low and simmer gently, uncovered, until the mixture is very
thick, stirring occasionally.

Add the water and vinegar, then return the mixture to a boil. Reduce
the heat and simmer the sauce gently, uncovered, over medium-low

with salt, and set the sauce aside to cool. Cover and refrigerate
overnight. Bring to room temperature before adding to the crockpot.

For the pulled pork: Place the pork in the crockpot. Pour 2 cups of the sauce over the
pork, and turn the meat to coat all over with the sauce. Cover the
pot and cook on high heat for 5 1/2 hours,

Remove the meat from the sauce and set aside to cool. When the meat
is cool enough to handle, trim off and discard the fat. Chop the
meat coarsely with two knives, or pull it with 2 forks. Place the
shredded meat in a large bowl. pour the sauce through a gravy
separator, discarding the fat. Warm the de-fatted sauce and toss
with the shredded meat. Serve on rolls with coleslaw on top and
pickles alongside.

I made this last night!

Crock Pot Taco Meat

Hamburger meat
Refried Beans
Salsa or rotel
Taco Seasoning
Jalapenos if desired
Little bit of water
Put it all in the pot, takes about 6 hours on high for it to be ready. It will look fatty and juicy, just keep stiring and at the end I took the lid off to let the juices cook out. This meat becomes thick and "sticky" sorta like the meat you get at Taco Bell and other restraunts.
I was pretty impressed, tacos are easy anyways. But this is a great thing to do when you have lots of people over.

I just made this the other night:

Famous Pot Roast

Roast of your choice (3-5 lbs)
2 cans Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
Baby Carrots
Chunked Potatoes

Cut up your roast to fit nicely in crockpot.
Top with soup and turn on high for 2-3 hours.
Add carrots and potatoes and turn to low.
Cook for another 5-6 hours.

The soup turns into a wonderful gravy for the meat and potatoes all on it's own.

You may want to add a little salt and pepper when you add the veggies.
