Makes: 2 doz. or 24 servings, 1 bar each
35 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine or butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 cup cold milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
2 tsp. grated lime peel
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
MIX wafer crumbs, margarine and 2 Tbsp. of the sugar until well blended; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
BEAT cream cheese, remaining 2 Tbsp. sugar and the lime juice with wire whisk until well blended. Spread on crust; set aside. Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes and lime peel. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread over cream cheese layer in pan.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Cut into 24 bars to serve. Store leftover bars in refrigerator.
