Easy Éclair Dessert
2 -3.4 oz pkgs. Instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 box graham crackers
1- 8 oz. tub cool whip, thawed
1 can chocolate frosting

Mix milk and pudding, fold in entire tub of cool whip and stir. In a 9x13” pan,
layer grahams and alternate pudding mixture, grahams, pudding….finish w/ another
layer of grahams. Microwave frosting on high for 1 minute and pour over top of grahams, spread to smooth. Cover & chill. Serve with large spoon.
