4 cups fresh strawberries 1 large box of sugar free jello 1 1/2 cups cold water 6 teaspoons cornstarch Pie crust non fat cool whip-optional
Heat water, jello, and cornstarch in pan. Let it cool. Pour over strawberries in your pie crust. Dab with non fat cool whip if you wish.
Pet Ritz pie crust is 3pts for 1/6 of shell Mrs. Smiths pie crust is 2pts for 1/8th of shell Pet Ritz graham pie crust is 2.5 pts for 1/6 of shell Keebler reduced fat graham crust is 2pts for 1/8th of shell.
The whole pie is 5pts – Add in the points for the pie crust you choose.
