This paper piecing is easy!

All you need is 1 red 12 X 12 (or 8 X 11) sheet of cardstock and 1 patterned patriotic sheet of scrapbook paper ( I choose blue with stars).

Tear the patterned paper into strips starting at the top of the sheet of paper. Then just attach the strips to the red cardstock.

Then add letters and star brads and your done!!

Scrapbook tip: when tearing paper always tear with towards you with the right side up.
