I just got back from NYC and the Smart Choices Program. Let me tell you I had I a great time and learned so much. I hope to be able to use what I learned to cook heathier for my family. I know I could use to lose a few pounds! But it's not all about losing weight, it's about eating healthier and feeling better and feeling better about yourself. So keep posted and I will try give you guys tips as I read Wendy Bazilian's book.

I made it thought the airports ( I think they tried to kill me!) I was on the runway in Chicago for 3 hours! We were waiting for storms to pass. And on the way back my flight was delayed in NY and I barely made to my flightin Chicago! It was the last plane going to OKC that night so if I missed it I would have been spending the night in Chicago. I'm just glad I made it back.
