The Avengers movie is going to be at theaters on May 4th and Walmart has just the thing to help you get excited for it! Walmart has developed an interactive app for your smartphone that is sure to make your shopping experience at Walmart more exciting for your kids (and you if can get the phone away from them)!

To get started you need to download the app to your phone.  You do that by clicking here or go to Walmart and scan the QR code.  It took my phone just a little bit to download and initialize.  So would recommend that if you can, download it at home before you go to Walmart.

Now the fun begins!  The first we did was head back to the electronics section and use the app to take full size pics with the Avengers team.  It was as simple as opening the app and selecting the take photo button and pointing it at the Avengers DVD display.  Every corner is a different Super Hero!

Now on the game that comes with the app.  This is a pretty cool game that allows you play as different Avengers as you shoot the bad guys.  You can unlock the different Avengers by going around the store and finding all the QR codes.

Overall this is a pretty cool app.  It will keep the kids entertained while you are shopping.  It takes a little time to load and initialize but it’s worth the wait.
