Lin…we have no control over redplum and who they email. If you are referring to emails from us then just click the link at the bottom of one of our emails to unsubscribe

I went in to get print some coupons, said I needed the coupon downloader – I checked I have it on my computer, but downloaded it again, computer said you have and I said download again, it did yet the still do not print????
OH I went into security and made sure it would let the program print. Still notta! Help, love printing coupons..
PS I do this on a couple of site and have no problem.
Make sure after you download that you then open the program and click run. Downloading it from the site just puts it on your computer, you then have to open it and give permission for your computer to use it. If you’ve done this then try switching browsers. For example, If I’m using Google Chrome on one of my computers it does the same thing that yours is doing but when I switch to Internet Explorer, it works
