I called CVS corporate this morning about the MIA toothbrushes. They haven't been discontinued and the very nice person I talked to said they should have been in the stores. They are a new item to CVS and she said they've had trouble getting some of the stores supplied with them.

Customer service said they would for sure be in the stores in October and to get a rain check. CVS will honor the price and the ECB. Now the $10.00/1 coupon expires 10-31-10 so I hope they're in before then. When you get your rain check, cut out the ad for the toothbrush and staple it to the rain check. That way, 3 weeks down the road when you try to redeem it the clerk will know exactly what item it is and that you get $13.00 ECB. It will make things go a lot smoother at the check out.
