@CrystalLight Twitter Party #PureFitness

So I realized I am not a spring chicken anymore and my co-worker/cousin Rachel aka @okmomto3 has convinced me to start exercising on my lunch break. We have a dog park right behind our office so we are trying to walk when we can during the week and when the weather is bad I bring my portable DVD player to do "Walk away the pounds." So I was very excited when Crystal Light approached me to to do a Twitter Party with their new Pure Fitness line.

I am very excited about this because Pure Fitness are naturally sweetened with Truvia and evaporated cane juice. Drinking water is very important to your health but for me it's so hard to drink the amount I am supposed to drink because I am a huge Dr. pepper drinker. I am hoping to try and cut down to 1 a day.
