If you are not familiar with this product you can find it at your local grocery store. They offer a variety of flavors and are great for families on a budget! You can sign up for their newsletter to find out about their latest specials and offers.

    A serious problem is my walking thru the bakery area in the store and picking up what’s on special which is often a 4 pack of tasty but oversized muffins. I’m trying to cut back on purchasing or making obvious problems for our diets. Having 100 calorie serving size good tasting Little Debbie items in the house would be so much healthier.

    We’ve cut back on colas and other sodas. I like plain water anyway but the rest of the family is drinking lots more powdered drink mixes. They are available now with vitamin enhancements and such and most have a good serving of vitamin C. Drinking them also cuts back on sodium and I also always get sugar free.

    We are cutting back on just about everything. We’ve cancelled cable, aren’t going out to eat very much, buying store brand as opposed to name brand, and cooking from scratch a lot more!
